【摘要】 目的 研究护肝片合并用抗精神病药引起白细胞减少的临床现象。 方法 选择近4年服用抗精神病药的精神分裂症病人，同近4年来单独服用抗精神病药的精神分裂症病人作临床比较。 结果 服护肝片合并用抗精神药组的白细胞减少病例数高于服抗精神病药未合并用护肝片组(P<0.05)。 结论 服用抗精神病药合并用护肝片有增加白细胞减少的几率。
